The 35 th Belgrade International Film Festival – FEST, which will show around 80 films by March 4, including awarded ones from major world festivals, Academy Awards winners and films from the competition program, was opened by US director Bob Raphaelson on the occasion of the premiere of the domestic film “The Trap”. The crew of the Trap has, prior to the premiere, walked the red carpet of the Sava Center.

“Fest is opened!” said Raphaelson in Serbian to the viewers of FEST on the packed screening of “The Trap”. The film was made in coproduction with Germany and Hungary and it had its world premiere on the 57. Berlinale.

In addition to the directors and the main characters Nebojsa Glogovac and Natasa Ninkovic, the premiere was also attended by Belgrade actress Anica Dobra, who had a remarkable role in the film and who is working and living in Germany. Serbian President Boris Tadic, accompanied by his associates and actor Voja Brajovic, could have been seen in the audience.
